Beginning of the Universe

  • After stopping himself from saving his mother, Barry Allen's Flashpoint ripples across time, creating a more "unified" DC Universe retroactively.
  • The Greek Gods, The New Gods, The Abrahamic God (maybe) and other great deities and concepts such as Death come to be.
  • The Brothers come to be the patron gods of Remnant, one making animals, the other The Grimm, and both collaborating on a version of the human race and Four Relics representing the ideals by which they created them: Knowledge, Creation, Destruction, & Choice.
     Ancient History
  • Remnant's first civilization is destroyed by The Brothers, and a long cold war during its second with immortals Salem and Ozma begins.
  • Ozma gives up a great portion of his magic to create the Maidens
  • Princess Diana is born as the daughter of Queen Hippolyta of Themyscira and Zeus, King of Olympus.
  • Ra's Al Gul begins working in the shadows with his league of Assassins. Using the magical Lazarus Pit to stay alive for thousands of years. Eventually, he comes to believe that humanity has grown too big, and begins carrying out attacks for his quest.
  • Martians arise on Mars. They build a thriving civilization, but then they're invaded by The Imperium, which would come to be called The White Martians.
     Before the Modern Age

1800's

  • Jonah Hex has a miserable life. He lives with an Apache tribe, but is betrayed by his foster father and brother, getting the left half of his face scarred. Then he fights for the Confederacy, but grows disillusioned by the rich man's slave war it turned into. Unable to defect to the Union, he goes west to live as a bounty hunter.
  • Jonah begins encountering time travelers. Over, and over, and over again.
    • RWBY, Qrow and Saturn Girl come to the old west going after Chronos the time thief. They end up joining with Hex in their search.
    • Catching Chronos on a train robbery, Jonah has a certain fondness for the young aliens, and decides to hold onto their wild west gear until they can receive it in the future.

1900's

  • American spy, Steven Trevor, comes into contact with Princess Diana of Themyscira. Together, they discover a plot by the god of war, Ares, to prolong World War I using a chemical weapon created by Dr. Isabel Maru, aka. Dr. Poison. Ares is ultimately defeated by Diana; however, it comes at the cost of Steven's life.
  • In the 1940's, The Justice Society of America is formed under Government supervision.
  • Jim Corrigan is given the spirit of God's wrath and becomes The Spectre: God's vengeance incarnate. Though because of his temper and power, he's kept on a VERY short leash.
  • The Justice Society disbands after the government pulls its support in the 1950's.
  • Donna Troy is "born" by being molded from clay by Queen Hippolyta and given life by Zeus. She would later become known as Wonder Girl, the sister of Diana.
  • On Remnant, the Great War occurs. In the aftermath, The King of Vale establishes the Huntsmen Academies both as a way to train people to fight the Grimm...and a place to hide the Relics.

  • Thomas and Martha Wayne are murdered by Joe Chill in front of their son. This begins Bruce Wayne's journey into becoming Batman.
  • Nora Allen is murdered by a time-traveler named Eobard Thawne, aka. The Reverse Flash, and her husband, Henry Allen, is framed for it. Their son, Barry Allen, would become a forensic scientist in order to clear his father's name, only for his father to eventually die in prison. Years later, Barry Allen would suffer an accident in the lab that would transform him into the Flash.
  • Abin Sur, a member of the Green Lantern Corps, crash lands on Earth after being mortally wounded. His crash site is discovered by Hal Jordan, to whom Abin Sur would pass on his ring of power. Hal would be the first Terran human to join the Green Lanterns.

  • A creature, later known as Doomsday, crash-lands on Earth and immediately goes on a rampage through Metropolis. Superman moves in to stop it. A brutal fight ensues between the two, resulting in mass destruction throughout the city. Eventually, Superman manages to kill Doomsday, but he soon succumbs to his injuries and dies shortly afterwards.
The Great Invasions and the Rise of the Justice League

Ten Years Before Present Day

  • Darkseid, Tyrant God of Apokalips launches his invasion of Earth.
    • Bludhaven is destroyed by nuclear bombs and rendered an irradiated "No Man's Land."
    • During the battle of Metropolis, Marine sniper, John Stewart, distinguishes himself by saving many lives. This earns him the Medal of Honor, and he is later scouted by the Green Lanterns.
    • During prolonged battle in Gotham, Victor Stone saves a family's life before being confronted by Darkseid's 2nd son Kalibak. Thankfully, Batman and Robin then rescue Victor. Something he's grateful for forever.
  • Using the Resurrection Matrix, Superman is brought back from the dead.
  • In a bloody, unified conflict around the globe, a grand alliance of all the Earth's peoples drives Darkseid from the planet. Due to his being a galactic threat, Earth instantly is labeled a planet of interest by other planets, but more importantly, as a place not to visit if you bring ill intent.
  • Following their role in saving the world, the U.N. recognizes Heroes as something distinct from Vigilantes, making them accepted worldwide as a force for good.
  • Sometime after this, 4 children (Fred Jones, Daphne Blake, Velma Dinkley and Norville (Shaggy) Rodgers) become friends. They find a great interest in solving mysteries and sorting out actual monsters from exploiters trying to fool others for their own benefit. They eventually call themselves Mystery Incorporated. And coming alongside them is their meta gene activated dog Scoobert (Scooby) Doo.

Seven Years Before Present Day

  • The Imperium begin their infiltration of Earth.
  • Thankfully, due to their arrogance, J'onn Jonzz reaches out telepathically to Superman, Wonder Woman, Hawkgirl, John Stewart and Barry Allen, with Batman tagging along.
    • Working together, they fight, and defeat the Imperium.
      • While trying to flee, M'gann Morzz, disgusted by their actions, betrays her people, ensuring their destruction.
      • Recognizing her good heart, M'gann is taken into the superhero community as Miss Martian.
  • Following the invasion, The Watchtower is created. And so begins the work of the grand Superhero team The Justice League.
    • The League does their homework though. Organizing careful mission parameters, a dedicated staff, and a U.N. Charter to ensure cooperation with humanity rather than competition.

Rise of the Batfamily

  • Batman raises up his Batfamily to help him fight crime and help their own lives improve.
    • First was Dick Grayson. Brought in before the Darkseid War, he was Bruce's adoptive son, whom he raised as Robin for several years, before Dick decided to move in with the Titans as Nightwing.
    • Second was Jason Todd. He was killed going after Joker, and eventually was resurrected in the Lazarus pit. Embittered by the experience, he became The Red Hood, though not so bitter he won't work with the family.
    • Third was Tim Drake who was there for Bruce when he needed a partner to balance him out. He eventually became Red Robin after holding the mantle for a while.
    • Barbara Gordon also worked with the family as Batgirl, but after the Joker paralyzed her 3 years before the present, she carried on as their Mission Control Oracle.
    • There was also Stephanie Brown, who was briefly Robin, before returning to her original moniker as The Spoiler.
    • Cassandra Cain is raised by her mother Lady Shiva to be the greatest warrior of all, able to read bodies to anticipate strikes. But after escaping due to the horrors of death, she then became Batgirl.
    • Lastly, Damian. Bruce's biological son, grown as a Child by Rape between Bruce and Talia Al Gul. He rejected her evil choices and became Bruce's latest Robin.

Unknown time

  • Garfield Logan is visited by Miss Martian. She ends up using her imperium blood to cure his blood disease. In a tragedy with his mother, Garfield learns that he also inherited partial shapeshifting, as he now can turn into animals as Beast Boy.
    • Little did he suspect that this also was a blessing from The Red: The cosmic force representing animal life on the planet.
  • Victor Stone is repaired by a motherbox after a tragic accident. Turning him into a living Cyborg.
  • Dick Grayson, after a falling out with Batman, rebrands himself as Nightwing and goes independent. He relocates to Jump City where he meets Cyborg, Beast Boy, Wonder Girl, Raven, and Miss Martian and form the Teen Titans. Their first act as a team involves rescuing Koriand'r, an exiled Tameranean princess that was sold into slavery. Koriand'r would then join the Teen Titans under the name Starfire.
  • Wally West, the Kid Flash, manages to convince Jinx to redeem herself, leading to her abandoning the Hive Five, and living in probation down in Central City.
  • Due to some experimental testing in S.T.A.R. Labs, a Tyrannosaurus rex is pulled from the late cretaceous period into the present day and given sapience. The T-rex names himself Henry Brown and is eventually elected mayor of Metropolis.

The Justice Lords and the Tower of Babel Incident (Two-and-a-Half Years Before Present Day)

  • Some time after the Imperium invasion was thwarted, Earth was then visited by a Justice League from an alternate timeline.
    • In this timeline, Lex Luthor became President of the United States and used his power as president to create laws designed to hamstring the Justice League before outlawing them entirely. Tensions boil over when Luthor executes the Flash, and Superman retaliates by killing Luthor. The Justice League then rename themselves as the Justice Lords and proceed to overthrow all of the world governments and installing themselves as a singular, authoritarian world governing body. Crime is effectively eliminated worldwide at the cost of human rights and civil liberties.
    • The Justice Lords visit Earth-1 in an attempt to spread their tyranny to it as well. This eventually causes them to come into conflict with the Earth-1 Justice League. Batman manages to convince Lord Batman that their crusade is wrong, and The Justice Lords are eventually defeated.
  • Due to the discovery of the Multiverse and the existence of a Justice League that went rogue and conquered the world, Batman begins the development of the Agamemnon Contingency. A secret series of countermeasures designed to incapacitate each individual member of the Justice League in the event one or more of them went rogue.
    • The League of Shadows discovers the Agamemnon Contingency after hacking the Batcomputer. They then proceeded to create a modified, lethal version of it and proceed to deploy it against the members of the Justice League.
    • Although Batman was able to circumvent the countermeasures and save the lives of the rest of the Justice League, the discovery of the Agamemnon Contingency's existence creates a rift between Batman and the other League members. They debate expelling Batman from their ranks, but he opts to resign instead.

Two Years Before Present Day

  • The Thanagarian Empire invades Earth as part of its expansion attempts.
    • Shayera is revealed to have been a spy sent to Earth to sabotage Earth's defenses from within and prepare it for the coming invasion.
    • The League is put on the defensive at first, but eventually is able to counter-attack when they use Batman's anti-Nth metal countermeasures that he originally designed for Hawkgirl against them, and also, Shayera turns on her people and decides to aid the Justice League instead.
    • As the invasion goes poorly for the Thanagarians, they use a last ditch effort to open a Hyperspace Portal on Earth which would end up destroying the planet. Batman destroys the portal by crashing the Watchtower on it, nearly performing a Heroic Sacrifice in the process. Superman, however, saves Batman at the last moment, and the Thanagarians are effectively driven from the planet.
    • In light of their recent actions, Batman and Hawkgirl are allowed to rejoin the Justice League on a probationary basis.
  • The Watchtower is later rebuilt, and the Justice League further expands its ranks leading to the numbers it currently has.
     Remnant - "Present Day"
  • The events of RWBY Volume 1 and 2 play out unchanged.
    • Ruby joins Yang, Weiss and Blake as Team RWBY
    • Janue, Pyrrha, Nora and Ren become Team JNPR.
    • Fighting and growing as teams, they take part in festivals, fight the white fang, and sharpen their skills against grimm.
    • However, Salem sends her lieutenant Cinder and her team to infiltrate beacon, plant a virus and then go after the fall maiden powers. However, this would never culminate due to an unfortunate action that would change their world forever.
Brainiac's Invasion and the Fall of Remnant
  • After accidentally activating a dormant Motherbox, Salem inadvertently brings Brainiac to Remnant.
    • Upon surveying the planet, Brainiac broadcasts to every nation that he will "collect" them, beginning his mechanical invasion.
    • At some point either before or during his invasion, Brainiac attempts to capture Salem, but she proves too difficult and Brainiac is forced to kill her instead, but not before he acquires the Motherbox in her possession. Salem is presumed dead by Ozpin and his cohorts.
  • Day One of the Invasion
    • Vacuo is the first city to be "preserved," prompting an immediate response by the military forces of Remnant.
    • Brainiac's assault on Vale triggers the largest Grimm attack in the kingdom's history led by the Grimm Wyvern. Brainiac's forces move to capture as many Grimm as possible for study. This results in a massive three-way battle between Vale's defenses, Brainiac's forces, and the Grimm. Eventually, the Grimm Wyvern is killed by Brainiac's warship, but it is severely damaged in the process. Ironwood's forces finish it off, which buys Vale a short reprieve.
    • During the first battle of Vale, Amber, the Fall Maiden, is slain by Cinder Fall and her powers stolen. Shortly afterward, Cinder is captured by Brainiac. Her subordinates, Emerald Sustrai and Mercury Black disappear in the chaos.
    • Taiyang Xiao Long is rescued and brought to Vale by Raven Branwen where he joins the defense of Vale. Raven disappears shortly thereafter.
    • Many members of the White Fang, led by Ilia Amitola, defect to join the defense of Vale after Adam Taurus tries to continue his terrorist activities against the humans.
    • During this time, the cities of Argus, Atlas, Mistral, and Kuo Kanna are captured and bottled by Brainiac.
  • Day Two of the Invasion
    • Brainiac arrives in Vale in his mothership to personally oversee the "preservation" of Vale.
    • After detecting an overwhelming number of Brainiac's drones approaching the city, General Ironwood orders a total evacuation of all forces to Beacon and initiates "Plan G," a Scorched Earth tactic designed destroy half of the city while taking out as many of Brainiac's forces as possible.
    • Before they can be evacuated, Teams RWBY and JNPR are ambushed by a number of Brainiac's drones and Ruby Rose is captured in the process.
    • Yang Xiao Long and the remaining members of Team RWBY along with Team JNPR defy orders to evacuate in an attempt to mount a rescue operation for Ruby. Ironwood is forced to cancel "Plan G" in order to provide air support for them.
    • Teams RWBY and JNPR successfully board Brainiac's mothership and commence their search for Ruby. Unbeknownst to them, Ruby has managed to escape her bonds and was making her way towards them. After reuniting with her team, Ruby and the others discover Brainiac's collection of bottled cities and determine what his true goals were. They move to confront Brainiac personally. After a brutal fight, teams RWBY and JNPR are defeated by Brainiac, who then proceeds to capture the city of Vale, and then he destroys the planet itself.
    • Before he is able to recapture Teams RWBY and JNPR for study, the Motherbox that he acquired from Salem, which had been stolen by Weiss Schnee, activates and opens a Boom Tube. RWBY and JNPR are sucked into the Boom Tube along with several specimens of the Grimm Pools and Brainiac's ship is damaged in the process.
  • At some point either during or after the Fall of Remnant, Raven Branwen and her tribe join forces with Brainiac.
  • The total death toll of Brainiac's invasion of Remnant and the subsequent aftermath is approximately 125 million people or half of Remnant's total population of 250 million.
  • Teams RWBY and JNPR are presumed dead by the survivors of Beacon.
  • Salem, thought dead, creates a Mega Grimm around her domain named Monstra, repurposed to survive the vacuum of space. Along with three of her servants, Arthur Watts, Tyrian Callows, & Hazel Rainart, Salem survives in it, experimenting & waiting…
     First Adjustments
  • The Boom Tube carrying teams RWBY and JNPR opens in Metropolis, where Superman and Batman along with the US military are waiting. After recovering the two teams, pieces of "black tar" coalesce into a Grimm Pool that spawns several Grimm. A battle erupts as Superman, Batman, and the military struggle to contain the Grimm and prevent them from overrunning the city. They are joined by Flash, Hawkgirl, Green Lantern, and Wonder Woman. Together they are able to eliminate the Grimm and destroy the Grimm Pool.
  • Unbeknownst to the Justice League, mercenaries under the employ of Lex Luthor manage to collect several samples of the Grimm Pool for research and use by Luthor.
  • RWBY and JNPR are brought to The Watchtower for medical attention. While they are being treated, they awaken in a panicked state and cause an altercation with Green Arrow and Black Canary. The other members of the Justice League arrive to diffuse the situation. Both teams are all diagnosed with severe PTSD and are given counseling by the Justice League.
  • In an effort to build trust with RWBY and JNPR, Superman takes the two teams flying over his hometown of Smallville. Later, both he and J'onn share their respective origin stories to them to show that they are not alone in their struggles of losing their homeworld. Their efforts manage to bear fruit, and RWBY/JNPR agree to share their story about their home-world and Brainiac's invasion.
  • After much discussion, The Justice League proposes taking in and training team RWBY/JNPR and assisting them with assimilating to life on Earth. RWBY/JNPR agrees to join the Justice League.
  • Ares manages to reconstitute, giving Dr. Poison's gas design to Jonathan Crane: The Scarecrow. Crane then begins to orchestrate a citywide experiment with the gases.
    • In the middle of the hunt, the Batfamily bring down Waylan Jones AKA Killer Croc. Unknown to them though, Amanda Waller would get her hands on Croc afterwards to join The Suicide Squad.
    • Seeing the panic and danger around Gotham, the Remnant teams move in to assist despite Batman expressly forbidding them from intervening. Though they're affected by this improved Fear Toxin, Ren's ability to suppress emotions keeps him sane enough to defeat Crane.
  • Willow & Whitley Schnee are taken out of Atlas for direct testing by Brainiac, with Jacques Schnee abetting it.
    • Several others are taken as well, in particular all the Maidens except Summer (willingly in one case, not so much in the other two), who will serve as his “control”.
     Amazons and Titans
  • As a way to cool down after Scarecrow, Diana invites RWBY and JNPR to recover on Themyscira.
    • Impressed by their strength and combat prowess, the Amazons invite Pyrhha and Yang to participate in their Grand Tournament.
    • Despite Pyrrha's skills from back home, she's defeated in the preliminaries by Artemis of Bana-Migdall.
  • An amazon lets Medusa's immortal sister onto Themyscira, trying to open the gates to the underworld. Pyrrha and Diana work together to defeat it, and Ares informs them that a traitor let it in.
  • After the Gorgon attack, and needing to make sense of Ares's words about a traitor among the amazons, the Remnantians are instead moved over to Titans Tower to crash with Raven, Starfire, Beast Boy, Miss Martian and Cyborg.
  • Control Freak launches a campaign against a Hollywood exec he disliked his decisions with. RWBY, JNPR and the Titans intervene, even giving the teams their heroic code names beforehand.
  • Brother Blood begins a prolonged campaign to drive Raven to distress and release Trigon once more.
    • He corrupts Mumbo to be a villain again.
    • He ships in new Grimm from the League of Shadows under the protection of the Hive Five.
      • While intercepting them, Jinx shows up to assist in their capture.
    • Blood's constant attacks eventually start to wear raven down, hurting her control substantially.
  • Then, Blood sends the Fearsome Four to attack the tower. In the midst of the struggle, Dr. Light deeply hurts Garfield. In a bout of fear and rage, Raven gives in, and Trigon possesses her body.
    • Thankfully, Raven was ready for something like this, and set up an antimagic field around the tower to contain him for just a little longer.
  • While most of the 3 teams engage Trigon, trying to beat him out of Raven, Garfield, M'gann and Ruby use Raven's self reflection mirror to enter raven's mind to fight from the inside.
    • Joining with her emotions, the 3 engage Trigon on the mindscape, but even there, they're overmatched against Raven's Rage, Mind Grimm and Trigon.
    • In desperation and hope, Ruby's Silver Eyes activate, blasting Trigon so hard he's actually forced out of Raven.
  • As a final ploy, Brother Blood takes on what's left of Trigon's essence to beat the titans himself.
    • Unfortunately, with reinforcements and grit, they force Trigon out. And Raven, seeing that she has to change tactics, Imprisons her father in her soul gem. That way, she can always be vigilant looking after him, and when she dies, he'll hopefully die with her.
  • Blood is imprisoned for high treason against humanity with his overextension finally proving to be his undoing.
     Taming Gotham
  • During an interrogation with Brainiac, Ozpin learns of RWBY and JNPR's survival and shares the information with his inner circle.
    • This begins a series of “games” between the two, with both probing for information. Ozpin hopes to use it to bring down Brainiac, but Ironwood believes that a more…direct approach is needed
  • Following the destruction of Titans Tower, Bruce Wayne invites the teams to move into Wayne Manor in the short term, which they accept.
  • To get more information on how Scarecrow was able to pull off his attack, The Bat Family and the Remnantians split up to gather information.
    • Weiss, Ruby and Damian go after The Riddler whose software was being used.
    • Yang, Blake, and Batwoman investigate The Penguin whose guns were being used by Scarecrow's hired guns.
      • In the end, due to Yang being much higher on the Superpower scale, she manages to defeat both Penguin and Bane.
    • Jaune, Pyrrha, Jason Todd, and Cassandra Cain investigate Black Mask whose men were allegedly hired by Scarecrow.
      • They discover that Sionis is forming an alliance with Two-Face, but unfortunately, Dent uses Solomon Grundy to escape, though they at least manage to capture Black Mask.
    • Nora, Ren, Tim Drake, and Stephanie Brown investigate GothCorp whose technology was used to make the bombs used by Scarecrow.
      • While they clear them of the problem due to ninja thiefs, Mr. Freeze attacks and kills the CEO who'd planned on experimenting on Nora Fries to get better cryotech. Though in time, Ren and Nora manage to talk him into surrendering.
  • Ruby and Weiss end up getting paid internships with Wayne Enterprises, as Ruby's technical wizardry, and Weiss's business sense were highly attractive to Lucius Fox to use for good.
  • The overall picture created by the missions shows that Crane stole the software from a 3rd party, tricked Penguin and Black Mask to give goons, and stole from Gothcorp to get what he wanted. But all this was orchestrated by The League of Shadows. As such, they go after a shadows base in Bludhaven.
    • Team RWBY joins up with Green Arrow and Black Canary for a drop into Bludhaven, immediately going after the league. However, they then encounter The Suicide Squad who was instructed to give them a hand until they reach their own goals. This particular squad consists of Deadshot, Harley Quinn, Captain Boomerang, Killer Frost, and Killer Croc.
      • With a reluctant Enemy Mine in place, the 2 groups work together, clearing out the league group by group.
  • Finally Arriving at the main Bludhaven base, the Suicide Squad retrieve their primary objective and flee to the annoyance of the heroes.
    • Yang and Lady Shiva get into a fight, with Yang's semblance giving her a slight edge thanks to her meta ability. However, before Yang can bring down Cassandra's mother, Black Manta leads a rescue of remaining Assassin forces, to the concern of the league.
  • While team JNPR goes on an ordinary double date, Pamela Isley AKA Poison Ivy takes over the males' minds and uses them as part of her ecoterrorism attack on some corrupt executives.
    • While the remaining fit Bat Family joins up to go after Ivy, she has her own gang of Clayface, King Shark and Doctor Psycho to hold them back until she murders the whole Ace Chemicals board.
    • While the teams put up a strong fight and take down the hired help, Ivy does kill the board, then positions Janue and Ren to fight until they die.
  • With their friends overtaken by Poison Ivy's pheromones, Batman feels he has no choice but to use his secret Anti-Aura nanobots to disable them. They work great, and Poison Ivy is stopped.
    • However, since an Aura is a manifestation of the soul, RWBY and JNPR feel shocked and hurt that Bruce made such a weapon behind their back. Yang in particular takes this the hardest.
      • While out fuming, Yang defeats the Mad Hatter, but rescues a disguised Saturn Girl from the future, who talks about her own mistrust of Brainiac 5 (coded of course), encouraging Yang to at least talk it out before cutting an old mentor from their lives.
  • Penny Polendina & Qrow Branwen are taken from Vale by Brainiac for direct testing, with Penny being placed in the same room as The Winter Maiden, Fria.
     Adventures in Metropolis
  • The League explains about the Justice Lords and Tower of Babel incidents, and how being so close to living proof of their own capacity for evil was the rationale for Batman creating contingencies.
    • The teams do admit that they can at least understand Bruce's motives from all these experiences, but after such a personal betrayal, they instead ask to move out to his Metropolis apartment for some space.
  • Blake gets a job working at the daily planet. Janue meanwhile become a daycare supervisor.
  • To study Ruby's eyes more closely, John Constantine invites the teams to the house of Mystery.
    • While he and Zatanna get to work with Ruby, Black Orchid, manifestation of the house, takes the others for some training in magic shenanigans.
    • When activating the eyes hits a wall by conventional means, Etrigan the demon puts the others in enough danger for Ruby's eyes to activate again.
  • After another 3 month absence, Mr. Mxyzptlk returns to bedevil Superman. To beat him, Ruby manages to trick him into accidentally saying Kltpzyxm in frustration.
  • Accidentally opening the Book of Fables, The Queen of all Fables traps team RWBY inside. Fortunately, Bigby Wolf comes in to assist in their Fairytales.
    • After escaping, Bigby and Snow work with the teams to trap the queen in a tax code.
  • Team JNPR helps The Doom Patrol with a very bizarre mission.
  • While mingling at a Lexcorp fundraiser, Lex Luthor reveals to the teens that he knows who they are, and they better not get in his way.
Luke Fox and Waller's Other team
  • Luke Fox, fighting Grimm in the middle east, happens upon a girl who somehow resurrects herself but has no memory of who she once was. She's called Violet for the time being.
  • Working together, Luke and Violet work to destroy the Grimm in the area. Violet for her part is shocked by the powers she now has.
  • Seeing both their capacities for skill and power, Waller sends Rick Flagg to recruit them into Waller's more "sane" attack squad in the area. Consisting of them, Katana and the Peacemaker.
  • As they continue to go after different groups of Grimn, Violet begins training with different "Halos" so she can be a proper helper in the future.
     The Shazam! Teamup
  • Billy Batson, an orphan who was abandoned by his mom, is given the powers of the wizard Shazam after Dr. Thaddeus Sivanna critically injures him. After an adventure where he defeats Sivanna and the Seven Deadly Sins, he gifts his powers to all his foster brothers and sisters so they can become one big superhero family.
  • After hearing of the incident in Fawcett City, RWBY AND JNPR are sent to investigate reports of new heroes.
    • Seeing them test their powers, the 2 teams introduce each other, and begin mentoring them as heroes while working to clear out the city of Grimm.
  • Mr. Mind and Dr. Sivanna work together to undermine the heroes, before getting to the rock of eternity to release the Wizard's mightiest mistake: Black Adam.
    • Adam pummels all the teams into the dirt, with Nora taking it particularly hard trying to stop an electric attack.
      • In shock and fear, Jaune finally unlocks his semblance, as he uses his aura as a healing wave to keep her alive.
    • In a last ditch effort to save their own lives, the teams reveal the suffering of Adam's old nation Kahndaq. Overwhelmed with a protective instinct, Black Adam flies away and begins smashing Grimm and criminals alike in his new quest to protect the nation and rule.
  • Sivanna and Mr. Mind are properly captured by the Justice League.
  • With the experience of picking the name Captain Marvel, the rest of the family falls naturally into their own codenames. Taking Lieutenant, Sergeant, Corporal and Private Marvel in order of age. Mary though goes for a more neutral Lady Marvel as she won't be around the whole time.
  • Talking with Swamp Thing, Weiss realizes they can synthesize elemental energy from the various forces (the green, the clear, etc..) to finally create artificial dust. Give everyone their old familiar element to fight with again.
    • Garfield meanwhile is given a prophetic statement that he's actually the new avatar of The Red, and that it might be time for him to expand his thinking to be more like it.
The Green Lantern Attack and Aftermath
  • The Green Lantern Corp manage to catch up with Brainiac going after a new planet, beginning an all out assault on his ship.
  • Due to the timing of the attack, Qrow breaks out.
  • Realizing she's too weak to escape with them, the Winter maiden Fria uses the last vestiges of her Maiden powers to cut a swath through Brainiac's guards, however, the strain triggers a fatal heart attack. Before she dies she passes her powers onto Penny Polendina.
  • Qrow encounters Raven and his old bandit clan while escaping, all of whom have joined forces with Brainiac. Raven ultimately beats him down after he shames her for her cowardice.
    • Thankfully, Qrow is rescued and evacuated by Hal Jordan. They destroy much of Brainiac's factories of "material clones", and escape with other Lantern refugees. Namely, Willow and Whitley Schnee.
  • Penny manages to escape the ship, linking up with Kyle Rayner and Guy Gardner of earth. Unfortunately, Brainiac tries to take her over remotely, and in her soul's struggle, she almost destroys herself rather than be made to hurt the lanterns. Thankfully, their energy keeps Penny in stasis, but in need of serious repairs on earth.
  • Thanks to Penny's resistance, Brainiac is temporarily subdued, only for the lanterns to discover they have to keep the bottled cities attached or they'll be destroyed by an automatic system. As such, they're forced to try and restrain the ship with Mogo the Lantern Planet.
    • Seeing him, Brainiac flees.
  • Qrow, Willow and Whitley reunite with their families on Earth.
  • After several days working on Penny, Cyborg decides on a direct approach: linking with her soul directly to flush out Brainiac's virus from the inside. Working alongside her, they purge the code, forming a bond as fellow cybernetic warriors.
