The Many Deaths Of You / BitLife

Go To

Typical for a life simulator, there's no shortage of ways to die.

Player

  • Suicide. This can even be done before you even turn a year old, for some extra Fridge Horror.
  • Old age. The age you die depends on your health and the average life expectancy of the country
  • It's possible to die of many illnesses. Cancer, whooping cough, and the plague are the most common diseases, though conditions like sickle cell disease and asthma can also be lethal.
  • You can potentially die by the hands of the witch doctor. While their quack cures may be the catalyst for your demise, it's implied they deliberately murdered you.
  • It's possible to be murdered during a confrontation if you're attacked with very low health or if your opponent has a weapon on them.
  • You can also die during a botched murder attempt, where your would-be-victim turns the tables on you.
    • A laser blaster is one of the ways this can happen.
  • You can also be executed by the mob for upsetting them. Cruel and Unusual Death is at full force with their methods.
  • If you're in a country where the death penalty is used, you can be executed for committing heinous crimes.
  • You can die of a drug overdose if you have an addiction or decide to ingest an entire duffle bag of meth you found on the street.
  • You can be mauled to death by your pet or an angry wild animal if you're unlucky/stupid enough to encounter them.
  • You can get a heart attack or stroke from overworking. You can also get one from being haunted to death by a ghost.
  • In particuarly poor countries, you can be killed in a sucide bombing attack or military conflict that's spread into the streets.
  • It's possible to die in a failed attempt to rescue a person or animal.
  • If you're a soldier, it's possible to be killed while on the field.
  • It's possible to be killed in a vehicle accident.
  • There are even achievements for dying in certain ways, including being decapitated by a gorilla, killed by a hippo, and being struck by lightning.
