• Ratih's situation: Being impregnated by her abusive ex-boyfriend who refuses to take responsibility, gets humiliated by her "friends" as a result, and his banished from her house by her father due to the scandal.
  • It makes it even sadder that Diska was so close to helping her, but the latter's asshole friends called her before Ratih could reveal everything.
  • Then comes her suicide scene where she ties a ball-and-chain to her leg and jumps off the well in Lawang Sewu.
• Despite being asshole victims, the death of their friends still saddens the group.
• One of the adult characters pretends that Onil is her husband. Onil feels awkward but later plays along as he learned the woman's husband passed away under mysterious conditions. The woman claims her husband was killed by a ghost but there's no way to confirm this. The film never explains it either.
