Tear Jerker / Sholay

• Gabbar's men killing Ahmed, an Imam's son and his father having to touch his body to identify it.
• Jai's Death. Jai fooled Veeru into leaving him behind for reinforcements by making a bet using a double sided coin and then having him flee. When he returns for Jai, the poor guy is dying and there is little that could be done for him. He dies in his friend's arms... and then Veeru sees the coin and realized the trick. He then and there swears to kill Gabbar Singh and all of his men.
• Thakur stopping Veeru from killing Gabbar by reminding him of the promise to leave him alive so the first could kill him. Veeru responds he made no such promise... and Thakur reveals Jai promised it. Not wanting his friend's last promise to go unhonored, he leaves to allow Thakur his prey.
• When Thakur kills Gabbar in the uncensored version of the movie, and Veeru comes close him and embraces him, they can do nothing but cry Manly Tears one last time mourning everything and everyone they lost in the process.
