Tear Jerker / Koati

• Balam's death. He died trying to get an innocent animal out of harm's way and ended up getting crushed by some of the jungle's debris.
• Nanchi, despite all his bravado, has a lot of emotional baggage. For starters, he feels lonely and self-conscious as the only koati around. He lives in an isolated temple because he found out that the koati's of the past lived there as well. Hence why he was very reluctant to leave the temple, because the koatis who lived there might come back.
• After Zaina banishes Nanchi from the herd for dissenting against her when he attempts to warn the herd of the volcano in their path and how it will erupt if they don't leave, the young koati is next seen sitting on the root of the Tree of Life, feeling as though he let everybody down.
