If Pokedex Entries Were Literal
- The "Literal Pokédex Entries" does have a few entries that are rather depressing.
- If Pokédex Entries Were Literal (Volume 38) only features a Sandshrew who has killed a boy's father. 11 years later, when the boy decides to leave to become a Pokémon trainer, his mom tells him about how his father went to become a Pokémon trainer, but he mysteriously disappeared for unknown reasons. 9 days after the boy left, he figured out what happened and found the same Sandshrew to exact revenge.
- If Pokédex Entries Were Literal (Volume 40) features Lapras near its end, singing a chiptune version of "See You Again". Its' Pokédex entry tells us why it is.
