The various tweets from people wanting to know when Soronpfbs are going to be performing, while they seem innocuous on their own, are made all the more depressing when you realise that they are shown long after Frank has run away.
The final scene where Frank—sans mask—walks in on the remaining members of Soronpfbs performing in a dive bar. His mumblings to them turn into an improvised song with the other bandmembers joining in, getting louder and more surefooted until they're back to proper form. Both Frank and Clara have visible tears.

Jon walking away in the very last scene from the reunited band. Sure, he was ambitious and borderline selfish but his last act was ultimately a selfless one and in the end, all he really wanted was to make it as a musician. By walking away in solitude, he's ridding the band of his presence, which is for their greater good but also pretty much brings a close to his aspirations.
