Diary of an Analog Tropes (UNRELEASED SPOILERS!)

- Combination is when two Digimon of the same level or otherwise close enough to it fuse with each other, but do not exceed the Level of the highest Level present within the duo. Personalities are determined via a Split-Personality Merge, indicating a singular personality from which neither of the composites have a say in the matter on.
- Chaosmon is the Combination of BanchoLeomon and Darkdramon at first, but quickly separates into his two composites. BanchoLeomon attempts to use this time to warn the Royal Knights as to what he's about to become once the Combination forcefully overrides his own and Darkdramon's personalities to have them forcefully Combine again permanently, while Darkdramon goes on an unhinged killing spree to cause as much damage as he can while he's still free for the moment, knowing that Chaosmon's personality effectively kills his sociopathic nature once it finally emerges. In the end of it, Darkdramon is atomized after one final attempt to snuff out Sora's life by the newly Mega Level Phoenixmon, and BanchoLeomon has a fraction of his data pulled from his own Digicore by Dynasmon's brutish hands that causes the creation of a GrapLeomon which fully inherits BanchoLeomon's personality and frees him of the waking death of becoming Chaosmon. Ultimately, all of this happening to both parties does nothing to prevent Chaosmon from once again existing, as Chaosmon realizes itself as an "Unstable Singularity" that defies all logic of the Digital World by continuing to existence out of mere defiance of what the Digital World would dictate as natural.
