    • The second episode a skit of Keenan Ivory Wayans as Arsenio Hall on his show interviwing former Washington DC Mayor Marion Barry.
    • Another episode had a skit called The Arsenio Hall of Justice.
  • The first I Love the 80s special featuring 1989 had panelists discussing both the show and Arsenio's influence.
  • Martin: In the "Hollywood Swinging" two-parter, Martin becomes acquainted with an expy of the host, Varnell Hill, who also has a similar show, only in addition to having a dog pound, he also has something called "Cat People" (who react by screeching).
  • In the "Blind Dates" episode of Saved by the Bell when a blind date of Jessie's says that Lisa thinks she's a great dancer, a reluctant Jessie claims that she also thinks that "Arsenio Hall is where the Lakers play."

Western Animation

  • Doug: in the "Doug's on TV" episode when learning he'll be on his producer Aunt's show, he then has an Imagine Spot of himself with an Arsenio Hall-esque show, even at one point saying "Let's get busy!" and the audience even hollering like the Dog Pound.
  • The Simpsons: In "Sideshow Bob's Last Gleaming", when Krusty is forced to do a No Budget improvised version of his show, his "co-host" is (a picture of) former President Eisenhower, who then "remarks" to the camera, "Let's get busy!"
