Even Evil Has Standards: The robbers find Izuku's unusual non-chalantness to the situation off-putting and are aghast when they find out that the cops basically sent a child to do their jobs for them.
Police Are Useless: The chapter starts with Izuku accidentally walking into a robbery mid-heist, the police having done nothing to obstruct him so that Izuku — who's developed a reputation among the local cops as being invincible and perfectly willing to stop every crime he comes across — could save the hostages for them. Even the robbers are appalled by this.
