Tyrone is a cowboy on his way to the Cheyanne Polka Palace in Wyoming, where he is to play the tuba at a birthday party for Sherman the Worman's brother, Herman. He faces various obstacles along the way, all while recruiting friends who turn his act into a lively polka band.
