Momiji finally bites Kurumi, turning her into a zombie. Kurumi takes to her new role, with Iku noting that she might seriously bite someone.
While the remaining survivors are panicking, Uto is off to the side thinking that cooler heads will prevail. Unfortunately for her, Yamame helps Ahko sneak up on her, resulting in her being turned.
Rin is enjoying herself so much that she doesn't notice Kurumi sneaking up on her. Hahari throws herself in front of her, resulting Kurumi biting her breast. Rin is mortified, but Hakari says that this is what she wanted.
When Hahari turns, both Hakari and Kishika resolve not to let her bite them. Nano, meanwhile is handling the game with cool calculation, taking note of the killing intent of the other players. This leaves her blind to Shizuka, who lacks killing intent and bites Nano's wrist.
Mei steps in when Hakari starts having trouble, but ends up being turned when she can't fire on Hahari. Hakari trips and Karane quickly takes revenge for last chapter.
Meanwhile, Kishika accidentally shoots Yaku. She protests that using projectile weapons is antithetical to chivalry, but Mai is more focused on the fact that she shot an ally. Yaku holds to the five-second-rule and ends up turned by Naddy.
Yamame keeps getting hit by being a large target. Eventually, she gets around the five-second-rule by throwing Momiji at Kishika. Kishika, being a terrible shot, ends up turned.
Now, the only remaining humans are Rentarou, Iku, Mai, and Rin. Iku and Rentarou both offer to distract them, but Mai insists on being the one Mei bites, shoving Rentarou out of the way. Rin also fails to get away, resulting in the three girls being bitten note , leaving Rentarou as the only human left.
Rentarou starts to flee, only to wonder if getting away would really count as a good ending. He decides that if his girlfriends are all zombies, then zombies are his future. As most of the girls nibble on him, Rin is watching and enjoying the show. Rentarou invites her over. Rin, overwhelmed by her feelings for him, kisses him.
Rentarou is turned and the chapter ends with a kissing circle.
