Rentarou introduces Rin to the rest of his girlfriends. Mimimi is impressed that the family now has a proper lady, to Hakari's annoyance. Rin recognizes Uto as her classmate and expresses a desire to hear her play the ocarina.
Rin explains that she plays the violin, to Yaku's confusion. When Mei comments that Rin must be skilled at it, Rin modestly says that she still needs practice, prompting Nano to say that she's a respectable human being. Hakari notes that it's been awhile since they got one of those. Mai is confused, saying that it hasn't been that long since she joined.
Iku is also impressed, and offers Rin a bat to smack her butt. Rin does so, and this quickly exposes her true self to the others. She's very embarrassed as Rentarou explains her circumstances, but the rest of the group is quick to reassure her that there are plenty of strange types in the group. Rin is touched to the point of tears and admits to being a Resident Evil fan. Mimimi suggests doing something related to that. This results in Hahari suggesting a game of Zombie Nurse tag.
The first four nurses are Mimimi, Karane, Shizuka and Kusuri. Since the zombies aren't allowed to run, they get to surround the human players as a handicap.
Hakari quickly begins teasing Karane. While the others are distracted, Shizuka sneaks up on them. Rin quickly shoots her and is delighted by the red water on her. Meme gets distracted by Mimimi's beauty, enabling Mimimi to bite her, resulting in her being the first one turned.
Kusuri tricks Yamame into thinking that she still has some sense of self and gets too close, resulting in her being turned. Chiyo shoots Kusuri to keep her from getting too close when she falls down. Unfortunately for her, Kusuri simply drinks her neutralizing drug, giving her a farther reach and allowing her to turn Chiyo. Momoha isn't able to aim properly due to being drunk, resulting in her being turned by Meme. Kurumi snarks that there isn't much of a difference.
Mei and Mai are back-to-back, to Mei's delight. As she plans to cut the panel out later, she narrowly avoids being turned by Yamame when Yaku steps in with a move that almost seems like the gun is a part of her. Naddy steps up, prepared to act the part of an American gunslinger... and misses every shot, getting bitten by both Mimimi and Shizuka.
Momiji takes advantage of Karane's distraction to grope her butt, which leaves her open to Chiyo turning her. Ahko's low-blood pressure means she gets exhausted quickly, resulting in Momoha turning her. Uto notes that she might be happier as a zombie since now she doesn't have to run.
Hahari and Kurumi are back-to-back, but the zombies are closing in. Kurumi shoves Hahari out of the way so that the zombies will focus on her. After all, if she gets zombified now, Hahari won't have an excuse to nibble on her later. Momiji, on the other hand, is more interested in groping her. The chapter ends with half of the family as zombies.

- Heroic Sacrifice: Kurumi, realizing that she and Hahari are about to be turned, pushes Hahari away so that there's no risk of Hahari turning first, and thus having a reason to try biting her.
