A Foot Soldier named Alpha-1 has his intelligence increased, but it results in a Foot Soldier rebellion against Shredder and Krang and the duo's exile from the Technodrome.

- A.I. Is a Crapshoot: The second Alpha-1 gains self-awareness, he immediately decides that he is more superior than everyone else by virtue of his intelligence and takes over the Technodrome.
- Fantastic Racism: Alpha-1 intends on conquering Earth by transporting all organic beings into Dimension X.
- Gone Horribly Right: Thanks to a power surge caused by Bebop and Rocksteady playing a video game during an experiment, Alpha-1 has his intelligence boosted far beyond Shredder and Krang's. However, this leads to him concluding that they are his intellectual inferiors and proceeds to stage a rebellion.
- Turned Against Their Masters: Soon after his intelligence gets boosted, Alpha-1 refuses to serve Shredder and Krang, controls the Foot Soldiers and has the two ejected out of the Technodrom via an escape shuttle.
