Samosa saves a pair of ice cream wizards from melting, and to thank him, they give him magic kheernote . Samosa feeds the kheer to unsuspecting townsfolks, unaware of the trouble he is causing when the pudding has different magic effects.
"Kheer" contains the following tropes:
- A Child Shall Lead Them: Dhokla, a kid, is named the new mayor of Chatpata Nagar after the scandal that is Royal Falooda showing up naked at the Stadium Dome.
- Crowd Chant: Multiple.
- Those witnessing Royal Falooda naked (or rather, empty) shout that they want "No glass! No glass!"
- Near the end of the episode, everyone complains about Dhokla being an "imposter" who fed Royal Falooda pudding that made him empty and shout "No fair! No fair!" After everything is restored, Falooda declares a holiday and everyone shouts "That's fair! That's fair!"
- Episode Tagline: Eating the pudding causes whoever eats it to tell Samosa something along the lines of "someday, you will be a good king!".
- Failed a Spot Check: Exaggerated for comedic effect; there's not much of a change to Vada's appearance when he has a pot lid placed over his hole, yet it causes him to become unrecognizable even to his parents.
- Look Behind You: Samosa, hearing Vada's complaints about Jalebi and Dhokla using his hole as a way to pass phones around, sees Cham Cham banging on a pot lid while shouting "No fair! No fair! No fair!" Samosa tells Cham Cham to "look at that!" while pointing behind him, and while Cham Cham isn't looking, Samosa takes the pot lid away from him and uses it to cover up Vada's hole.
- Multiple Head Case: One of the ice cream wizards has two heads, each one being a different scoop of ice cream (one colored green, one colored white).
- Short-Lived Leadership: Dhokla is named the new mayor of Chatpata Nagar after Royal Falooda is exposed to the public naked. This doesn't last long, as Dhokla is fed the magic pudding and turns giant, and the damage from the pudding is all undone, not even 24 hours after the episode started.
