As the Gingamen prepare for the Star Festival, Battobass calls in an old friend to help defeat our heroes with weapons the latter acquired.
Episode Tropes:
- Arms Dealer: Biznella is introduced as a merchant who offers some weapons to the Balban Army in their mission to destroy the Gingamen.
- Badass in Distress: Hikaru and Hyuuga are kidnapped by Biznella as the latter wants the former's Earth Power to charge his Mecha, and he uses the latter as a means to force Hikaru's hand.
- The Bus Came Back: Battobass finally makes a proper appearance after making several cameos since the first two episodes.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: Biznella's Giga Rhinos and Giga Phoenix trounce Gingaoh and BullTaurus, mostly as the latter two refuse to attack one of their own.
- Energy Absorption: Biznella traps Hikaru in a cage that absorbs any electric Earth Power the latter uses to power his control device. When that failed, Biznella used the Gingamen's Super Shine Attack to power up the device.
- Wham Line: When Gingaoh and BullTaurus stand down and refuse to attack Biznella's mecha, he gives the team this revelation.
"It appears the Starbeasts have caught on. They don't want to fight, because Giga Rhinos and Giga Phoenix are Starbeasts just like them!"
