While Hayate tries to impress the father of the Silver Star Riding Club's owner, Budoh sends out a Majin to once again seek the Lights of Ginga.

- The Comically Serious: Hayate really looks uncomfortable eating a biscuit covered in honey and he faints after one bite.
- Pointy-Haired Boss: The father is very strict about the state about the Riding Club and the Gingamen's lack of work habits, threatening to fire them if they do not shape up.

- The guy claiming to be the owner's father is actually the former owner of the Club who sold it years ago and acted cruelly to the Gingamen as he did not like how they were running it.
- On a more comedic note, Hayate's dislike of honey came from being stung as a kid.
- Weather Manipulation: Budoh's newest Majin Amehoshi is sent to create rain that can absorb life from the ground as the clue for the Light of Ginga hints that eroding it will release the lights.
