While out on errands with Sally and Recap Bot, Mordecai and Rigby cause an accident on a planet full of ear-shaped people and arrested on the assumption of doing it intentionally.
Tropes:
- Borrowed Catchphrase: Eileen uses Rigby's "Stop Talking!" when the prosecutor keeps prodding her about how he shouts.
- Continuity Nod:
- The witnesses are all characters from other episodes, including the head of the leader of the Capicola Gang.
- Disaster Dominoes: What lands the two in court when a stray shot from the pair's water gun fight ends up knocking over a display in the pharmacy they're in and causing loud noises which is harmful to the ear people.
- Kangaroo Court: Despite telling the truth that it was an accident, the prosecutor goes out of his way to make Mordecai and Rigby look like criminals. When Benson and Eileen try to testify on their behalf, he constantly keeps twisting their statements to make them look bad. If that wasn't bad enough, he calls some of their old enemies to testify against them.
- Mundane Solution: Naturally spraying the Elder Ear with water was enough to finally fix his hearing.

- Too Dumb to Live: The Elder Ear allows Mordecai and Rigby to walk as thanks after Rigby fixes his hearing, but only on the condition they leave the their Uber-Soakers behind so he can continue flushing out his ear.
