- Bittersweet Ending: Mordecai and Rigby save the house from destruction, but it's still invisible, and Benson is docking their pay for destroying his car.
- Breather Episode: This episode is a ridiculous Rule of Funny episode that unusually doesn't involve anyone but Mordecai, Rigby and Benson.
- Jerkass Has a Point: Benson ordering the guys to repaint the whole house might seem harsh, but he rightfully points out that the paint won't match otherwise.
- Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: First, Rigby damages the house's paint by turning the pressure washer up too high, then he gets the house turned invisible because he didn't read the contract of the (government) painters he hired.
