Matt and Abby go through the New Dawn anomaly to save Connor, while Lester and Jess are suddenly attacked by Future Predators in the ARC.
- Callback: Once again, Lester finds himself trapped inside the ARC with a Future Predator. On the bright side, he isn't alone this time.
- Cliffhanger: Disappointingly, the Series, and likewise, the entire show, end on three big ones.
- Abby and Connor get engaged.
- Convergence has officially revealed the existence of the anomalies to the public all over the globe, on top of stranding a countless amount of creatures in the present.
- Matt is approached by a bruised and beaten future version of himself, who tells him that he "has to go back" before suddenly vanishing.
- Heel–Face Turn: Phillip goes through one of these when he realizes that Matt was right about New Dawn destroying the world, and sacrifices himself to try and stop it.
- Oh, Crap!: After New Dawn causes a city-wide power outage, Lester and Jess soon realize that mutated Future Predators have come through Connor's first anomaly.
- Shout-Out: At the end of the episode, Lester tells the team that there's been a report out of King's Cross Station that a train has vanished into thin air. He's all too eager to Lampshade the similarity.Lester: Sorry, does that sound familiar to anyone...?
- So Much for Stealth: Lester orders Jess to avoid making any noise so they can reach the armory without alerting the predators. After they get to the armory, Lester ends up dropping a gun case.
- Takes One to Kill One: In order to destroy the New Dawn anomaly, Connor comes up with the idea to transport his original anomaly and carry it through the New Dawn anomaly. Since the anomalies are magnetic in nature, he believes that the opposing polarities will destabilize both of them. Thankfully, it works.
