Nikita, a former gouvernment assassin, returns after disappearing three years ago after the murder of her fiance. He was murdered by Division, the people Nikita used to work for. Now, she wants revenge, and to do that, she wants to disrupt their missions one by one...
Meanwhile, Alex, a troubled young woman, is in jail after a robbery gone wrong. Division recruits her by faking her suicide and training her to become an assassin.
From a source inside Division Nikita learns of a Division operation to kill an African diplomat. She saves the man and drops him off at the UN, before making a few threats towards Percy. Michael, a Division operative, chases her, but she escapes. In the end, Alex is revealed to be Nikita's source.
