- Embarrassing Old Photo: When Queen Haven displays two old photos and a present one of Pipp and Zipp at the ceremony, while Pipp's photos are fine, Zipp's photo as a foal has her crying, a photo of her as a filly has her angry and pouting, and a current photo of her has her sleeping and drooling on her pillow, which Zipp is clearly embarrassed by.
- How Do I Shot Web?: As demonstrated back in "Zipp's Flight School", the Pegasi are still struggling with flying as multiple of them are still colliding into each other.
- Lots of Luggage: Pipp packs so many things for the move to Maretime Bay that she requires both Thunder and Zoom to carry it all for her.
- Unreliable Narrator: Izzy claims that many Bridlewood Unicorns were there to see her off before she moved to Maretime Bay. It is then shown that the only one actually there was a foal with a kazoo.
