Hallelujah continues to fight Soma and Sergei despite Kyrios's severe damage. Allelujah intervenes to asks Hallelujah to let him share control of their body. The two personalities temporarily combine and with their combined reflexes, they manage to outmaeuver Soma. "Doublelujah" attempts to finish Soma off with Kyrios's claw, but Sergei takes the blow instead and holds Kyrios still. Soma blasts Kyrios, but instead of pursuing it, she exits her cockpit to make sure that Sergei is okay, as she feels that she would be lost without him. Allelujah sees Soma for the first time and recognizes her as someone named Marie.
Setsuna and Lasse continue to fight the Alvatore. They combine their units and ram the Alvatore's GN field, although Alejandro manages to take out the GN Arms. Setsuna goes into a berserker rage and hacks the Alvatore to pieces. He goes to check on Lasse, but is interrupted when the mobile suit Alvaaron emerges from the Alvatore's wreckage. Alejandro contacts Setsuna and reveals that he was behind all of the strange happenings with Celestial Being. Alejandro claims that everything he is doing is for the greater good of humanity. Setsuna doesn't buy it and considers Alejandro to be nothing more than an instigator of war. Alejandro responds by firing his particle beam at Setsuna.
Setsuna uses Trans-Am to dodge the particle beam. He attacks the Alvaaron, but is blocked by its GN field. Setsuna remembers how Lockon once told him that the Exia is equiped with a physical sword in case Setsuna ever has another Gundam, as the physical sword has the ability to penetrate GN fields. Setsuna reminds Alejandro that the purpose of Celestial Being and the Gundams is to eliminate war through force and uses all of his swords to destroy the Alvaaron.
Before Alejandro dies, Ribbons contacts him and thanks him for being such an excellent pawn. Ribbons assures Alejandro that his plans won't go to waste, because they've allowed Ribbons to be the one who will guide humanity's reformation. The Alvaaron explodes.
Setsuna is suddenly attacked by Graham and his "GN Flag". Graham contacts Setsuna and is surprised that he is the same youth he met in Azadistan. Graham has become completely consumed by his desire to avenge his comrades by defeating a Gundam. The two mobile suits impale one another are consumed by an explosion of GN particles.
Tieria ejects Nadleh's GN Drive before collapsing from his injuries. On the remains of Kyrios, Hallelujah admits to Allelujah that he knew that Soma was Marie all along, but he didn't tell him because if he did, Allelujah would have refused to fight her and just died. Hallelujah muses that there's nothing he can do about that now. Allelujah realizes that he can no longer senes Hallelujah's presence.
Marina receives a letter from Setsuna where he tells her that he will most likely be dead by the time she receives it. Setsuna explains that he just wanted to find out why the world is such a horrible place, together with his Gundam.
Four years pass. Saji is now an engineer working on a space colony. He has fulfilled his dream of seeing space, but he still wants Louise to join him, even though she hasn't returned his letters for two years. While working, he sees the glowing light of green GN particles, the light of a Gundam.
On the one year anniversery of the United Nations rebranding itself the Earth Sphere Federation (ESF), the three power blocs agree to combine their military into a single peacekeeping force. Ribbons gathers a group of people he calls Innovators. Figures resembling Ali and a masked Graham are briefly seen. Shirin exits Marina's service, while Nena enters that of Wang Liu Mei. Louise enters an elevator with someone resembling Tieria.
Wang Liu Mei and Hong Long meet with Ian in Celestial Being's asteroid factory. Wang asks to see the original unit, the 0 Gundam. Ian explains that he's removed the 0 Gundam's GN drive to test with the new unit, but he thinks that they need Exia's drive to get it working. Wang calls the new unit the mobile suit that will change the world, the 00 Gundam.
- Ambiguous Situation: Setsuna, Tieria, and Lasse are apparently killed, but none of their fates are confirmed. At least until next episode.
- Chekhov's Gunman: Season Two antagonist Arthur Goodman can be seen among the soldiers at the ESF's announcement as can Regene leading Louise.
- Our Hero Is Dead: Setsuna is apparently one of the casualites of this episode.
- Split-Personality Merge: Allelujah and Hallelujah combine their personalities so they can defeat Soma.
- Staying Alive: Patrick, Graham, and Ali are all seen alive in the epilogue despite seemingly having been killed earlier.
- Unwitting Pawn: Ribbons used Alejandro to unite the world for him.
