Mr. Famous is enlisted by his ex girlfriend Aoki Makoto to help him with an energy conversion program to power her Copybots. Trouble brews when Zoan Punk uses the Copybot to produce more by blackmailing Makoto.


  • Amicable Exes: Mr. Famous is happy to see Makoto and helps him with the energy conversion program. After they succeed, Makoto thanks Famous and promises to treat him to lunch sometime. The rest of the episode makes it clear they have retain feelings for each other.
  • Mythology Gag: Played with. Famous and his girlfriend are the focus of the episode and the villain is Punk, his navi from Battle Network 3 Blue version.
  • Out-of-Context Eavesdropping: As Famous and Makoto are working on the energy conversion program, Famous says he still loves puzzles. Mayl only hears the "I still love" part thinking he still has feelings for Makoto. Lan later eavesdrops and hears him saying "Sorry, let's start over." after his current attempt of figuring out the program failed. Lan and Mayl mistake it as him wanting them to get back together.
  • Rapid Aging: The episode ends with Trill growing up from baby to toddler.
  • Suddenly Voiced: Trill's aforementioned growth spurt is accompanied by him greeting Mega Man.
  • Tempting Fate: Punk brags that Lan's Super Vulcan didn't affect him saying the Copybot is great only to show the Super Vulcan did do some damage after all when the Copybot's left arm falls off.
  • You Have Outlived Your Usefulness: With Makoto finishing the Copybot supply Punk wanted, he decides to end her. Fortunately, Famous saves her by hitting punk with a hook.
