A woman expels her doppelganger and it starts going on a rampage around Montreal, stealing any other woman's face that looks like her, including Diana's.
General Tropes:
- Alas, Poor Villain: Diana expresses pity for the Doppelganger, since it really only wanted to be reunited with her other self.
- The Blank: The Doppelganger literally erases the facial features of those it attacks. Apparently the victims can still breath and keep some awareness, but it's pretty disturbing to watch.
- Energy Being: The Doppelganger appears to be made out of electricity.
- Gone Horribly Wrong: Twice over. When Michelle first met her Doppelganger, she kind of liked all the perks that came with it. But when she acquired the perfect life (romance, friends, and a wonderful job), the Doppelganger somehow ruined it all for her. Very quickly, she learned having a Doppelganger wasn't a good thing. Later, it happens again when she tries to exorcise her Doppelganger, only to simply split her off. This results in the Doppelganger wanting revenge by stealing faces from women who resembled her.
- Identical Stranger: Sophie, Valerie Broussard and Michelle Dubois all look very similar to Diana, which is why the Doppelganger attacked them.
- Taken for Granite: The Doppelganger is defeated by being petrified into a crystal mass.
- Weaksauce Weakness: The Doppelganger can be frozen using hairspray.
