During an attempt to rescue Pinky from the Sky Pirates, Mao Mao tells Adorabat that to be a hero just like Mao Mao, she must be her own kind of hero in a very special way, saying that she has to try hard. But when Mao Mao and Badgerclops accidentally get trapped themselves, Orangrusnake holds them hostage. Now, Adorabat will have to storm the ship of the Sky Pirates and save Mao Mao and Badgerclops. However, before Adorabat can fight Orangrusnake, she must first defeat his three members one by one.
Tropes:
- Abnormal Ammo: Badgerclops' sniper rifle shoots globs of gelatin that expand into cubes to trap the Pirates.
- Be Yourself: Mao Mao advices Adorabat to be her own kind of hero instead of just imitating what he does. Even after taking his advice and saving the day with her own skills, Adorabat still insists on being just like Mao Mao.
- Eating Solves Everything: Double Subverted. Badgerclops made the gelatin cubes taste awful so no one would try to eat their way out. The Sky Pirates then go and do just that, because "anything tastes good when you're starving." Later, Adorabat frees Mao Mao and Badgerclops by eating the gelatin, which tastes like her favorite food, bugs.
- Gelatinous Encasement: Badgerclop's sniper rifle encases it's target in a giant gelatinous cube.
- Hoist by His Own Petard: Mao Mao and Badgerclops end up trapped by their own gelatin weapon.
- Hostage Situation: The Sky Pirates have Pinky. And attempt to rescue him results in Mao Mao and Badgerclops trapped instead, so it's up to Adorabat to save them.
- Ignored Aesop: At the end, Adorabat appears to have taken Mao Mao's advice to be her own kind of hero and wonders if she should stop trying to be just like him. "Nah!"
- Paper-Thin Disguise: Adorabat disguises herself as Ratarang by wearing a colander and two spoons. Subverted in that the other Pirates aren't fooled.
- Remembered I Could Fly: Adorabat wants to get to the top deck of the Sky Pirate's ship, but is too concerned with being just like Mao Mao that she forgets she could simply fly up there. When she finally gets there by climbing, she then remembers just in time to get past Orangusnake's "Omega Shield" — broken glass shards all over the floor — by flying over them. It then gets Lampshaded by Badgerclops.Badgerclops: She forgot!?
