The Special Victims Unit are asked for assistance from the Italy police department when a young Italian woman is reported missing for a month. When the woman is found dead, suspicion falls on her immature, party throwing roommate and her drug dealer friend, who threw a party the night the woman went missing but both have no memory of that night. Meanwhile, Rollins starts to lose her patience with lockdown and quarantine as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.
