The Tozitend's new enforcer, Hakaizer, attacked, wielding the Zenryoku Zenkai Cannon created by Professors Isao and Mitsuko!
Thankfully, Kaito managed to get it back!

Something or someone is causing the scenery, memories, and all of civilization to lose color. The Zenkaigers who are so far not affected must now get together to find the culprit and off them before they do irreversible damage to everything, though Kaito may need a little help from his newly-acquired gun to get the job done fast.
