Herky is very, very fond of Tracy and her high-flying tricks. He starts hanging out with her a lot. When she practices her loop-de-loops or when she flies to Sandy Landing to get some alone time, Herky pops out of nowhere and joins her. Tracy likes Herky, too, but his constant attention is starting to annoy her. When discussing the situation with Big Jake, he invites her on his delivery route. Tracy happily agrees - but soon after they take off Herky pops up! During the delivery to Tarrytown Square, all the lights suddenly go out - including the ones on the runway. Big Jake lands first and tries to guide the kids in. Tracy is so scared, that she doesn't think she can make it. Herky comes to her rescue and helps Big Jake talk her down. Tracy realizes that she should value Herky and his friendship during good and bad times. Herky also realizes that Tracy may need some time to herself once in awhile.
