Harvey is tasked with issuing a name-change for Yakky Doodle, though can he manage to do that with Sebben's new intrusive efficiency expert?

- Bad Boss: Sebben's attempts at increasing efficiency can be called "Repressive, but Efficient" (if even the latter) in the lengths they go to. The efficiency expert he hires — Dvd (originally "David", but he removed the vowels for increased efficiency) — motivates him entirely through cattle-prods, he confiscates all of Harvey's furniture, shortens his lunch-hour, has him work shifts in a Greek restaurant that used to be his office, he makes him pay for access to the lawfirm and the court-building, etc.
- Hypocrite: Sebben confiscates all of Harvey's furniture on the pretense of "chairs are for earners" and we see all of the chairs are now in Potamus's room, Potamus himself taking a nap.
- Karma Houdini: Sebben is never called out or put through any karma for all of the unreasonable things he put Harvey through in the episode.
