"I_WaNt_4_T0y" begins with a standard VCR loading noise and blue screen. An advertisement for the "Henry Puppet Doll" begins to play. A banner with Henry in the center, surrounded by bright, eye-catching text which says "New Face" "New Friend" "The New Henry Puppet" appears on screen as a man sings the jingle, "He's your pal, he's your friend, he'll stick with you to the end, he's the new Henry puppet doll!"
The screen fades to black for a few seconds before revealing a Henry puppet "sleeping" on a bizarre set where the sky, clouds, and grass are an unnerving shade of dark green. Henry yawns and greets the audience, claims it's dark out, then asks if the audience would like to sing with him and begins to sing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star". Henry asks the audience to "Come again", and the scene ends.
The screen fades back in to a scene of what appears to be a truck driving over a Henry puppet left lying in the street. Cut back to the Henry the puppet doll, who does the same as the above verbatim. While singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, halfway through the word "high", the video footage cuts to the Henry puppet in the middle of the street, a short baby's cry in the background.
Again we repeat Henry's "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star", though when he opens his eyes after waking up, his eyes are revealed to be completely black or absent. Henry asks "Would you want to sing with—" before the video goes mute. We see the Henry puppet lying in the street, though this time the Ice Cream Man is behind him.
Henry begins his routine with black eyes, though it's completely mute from the beginning, his speech and song replaced by EAS sirens. The Ice Cream Man looms over the Henry puppet, his mouth filled with a multitude of sharp teeth. A distorted face flashes on screen, with a song which when reversed is revealed to be "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star".Back on the set, EAS sirens blare in the background and the Henry puppet is headless and on its knees, a grotesque skinned humanoid standing beside it, presumably what remains of Thomas Greywinder.
Someone pounds on a door and a baby crying can be heard for a split second before cutting to a Henry puppet which recites "My daddy loves me, he loves me so, even if he beats me though. My daddy loves me, I shall not cry, or else there'll be a knife in my eye. My daddy loves me, I am a good boy, even if I don't get a toy. I ask him politely, I tell him "please", I always try to put him at ease. My daddy loves me, "Can I have a toy?" "No," he says, "You are a bad boy." "Can I have one? I want one so." "No," he says, "Now shut it and go." "Can I have one?" I've been so polite, "Go to your room" he says, "I'll surprise you at night." "Good night."
The Henry puppet repeats the words "Good night" as his eyes shift and the video ends.
