"G00d_By3_ArThur.mp4" begins with the sound of a VHS tape being loaded into a VHS player, showing a blue screen before the tape fully begins. Low quality footage of "Ice Cream Man Sing Along" begins to play. A stop-motion type Ice Cream Man asks if the viewer would like to sing along with him before a jumpscare.
The video cuts to footage of an empty Ice Cream Man suit, with Martin asking Arthur if he thinks the new mascot will draw the kids' attention. Arthur confronts Martin, revealing he knows about Banzo's transformation, saying it nearly killed [Arthur] last night. Martin claims the dog is dead and was hit by a car. Arthur retorts, "and whose car did it hit?". Arthur becomes exasperated and disgusted that Martin would continue his experiments with living toys on the dog. Martin expresses his excitement, saying the dog listens to him and this proves that the toys Martin creates will be forced to be obedient.
Arthur, realizing his brother has lost his mind, tells Martin he won't let Martin's family be hurt by his actions and states his intentions to take Martin's children. Martin accuses Arthur of having an affair with his wife, but says it doesn't matter because [Martin] fixed their little problem, implying at this point he has killed Gloria, as well as Macy and Ava. Martin screams that he's not going to let anyone let him down. The Ice Cream Man Suit disappears.
The video returns to the "Ice Cream Man Sing Along", cutting between the program and a black, squiggly figure in the previous room with an EAS siren in the background. The black figure's neck begins to move erratically as a reversed recording of a xylophone is played and "come with me" flashes on the screen. The black figure sinks down and seems to crawl towards the camera. Cutting back to the "Ice Cream Man Sing Along", the Ice Cream Man finishes his song. The Ice Cream Man distorts and reverse speech is heard. The video ends on the empty room which formerly contained the Ice Cream Man suit.
