Golgo 13 is hired to assassin an FBI anti-crime analyst who is backing a precedency campaign. After practicing with a plastic gun, he uses the gun to fire a live bullet and complete his mission. No sooner does he does so when he is cornered by a police detachment lead by Detective Duchess. Having been taken into custody, the detective angrily demands to know where Golgo last placed the weapon used to kill the analyst. Could it have something to do with balloons?
- Hero Antagonist: Detective Duchess is determined to send Golgo to the electric chair after he catches the assassin trying to leave the crime scene.
