Kyle loses a tooth, but the tooth fairy is not the traditional one as expected, it is the wizard tooth fairy, who rips out all your teeth. Fanboy and Chum Chum have to find a way to hide the evidence.
- Bottle Episode: The majority of the episode is set in Kyle's room.
- "Eureka!" Moment: After Kyle's missing tooth is revealed and the Wizard Tooth Fairy goes in to attack, he punches a pillow which hurts him. This causes Chum Chum to realize Kyle never did the last step to get rid of him, which is to put his tooth under a pillow, prompting Kyle to summon a round of pillows to finish off the Wizard Tooth Fairy for good.
- Rule of Three: There are three steps to getting rid of the Wizard Tooth Fairy. The first is to sprinkle anti-fairy dust on the floor. The second is to knock three times. Kyle never gets to do the third step because the knocking prompts Chum Chum to open the door for the Wizard Tooth Fairy; it is later revealed the third step is to place the tooth under a pillow so the Wizard Tooth Fairy will never reach it, prompting Kyle to attack him with pillows and send him away.
- Tooth Fairy: A wizard tooth fairy, in this case. Unlike the traditional who replaces baby teeth with money, the Wizard tooth fairy rips out all your teeth if you lose but one tooth.
