While out alone, Tom discovers the Water Realm. Meanwhile, Leonard Burne, nicknamed Buzzsaw, unknowingly causes the forest around his family's logging company to catch on fire. While the adults try to help openly, the Riders try to support them from behind the scenes. This ends up backfiring as Buzzsaw spots Thunder and ends up thinking he was responsible for the fire swearing revenge.

- Do Not Call Me "Paul": He insists on being called "Buzzsaw", claiming that only his mother is allowed to call him "Leonard".
- House Fire: The fire destroys Buzzsaw's logging company but doesn't spread much further.
- Ignorant About Fire: Buzzsaw accidently starts the fire by using an unsafe outdoor plug.
- Never My Fault: Played with. While he does blame Thunder for the fire he himself started, he doesn't know he was the one starting it.
