The team is still reeling from Chief Scott's murder and the new future they have stumbled upon. As they are currently embroiled with the Resistance, their leader Isabelle Huxley approaches the player and Amy, begging them to solve the murder of her son Storm. The duo agree, with Amy sending Zara alongside the player for the ground work. The pair find Storm's body at a black market with a massive hole burned into his chest.

- Evil All Along: It turns out that Nebet, or rather Nefertiti, was working to ensure that the Altered Present came to be so that her family could remain in power.
- Wham Episode: Nebet is revealed to have never been a slave and her real name is Nefertiti, the princess of the Ptolmey Dynasty. She had been sabotaging the team's efforts to return home the whole time so her family could take over the future. What's more, Orlando's dead husband Sirius turns up alive, but he has no memory of Orlando.
