Phoebe throws a house warming party. Paige tries to explain the rules of magic to Henry. Piper and Billie find a magical garden where the servant of the Chinese Zodiacs, Lo Pan, gives Buddha's staff to Piper to keep until midnight, after one of the Zodiacs dies by the hand of a demon who is after the staff. Piper accidentally infects Paige with her one-track mind using the staff. Lo Pan helps Billie master her projection power and use it to finally find her sister.
