Alien pests from Ben's youth come back, but now they need his help.
Tropes in this episode:
- Arbitrary Skepticism: Despite being an alien himself in a world with various alien species running around, high-tech weapons and many other things, Rook believes that Alien X is just a myth. Ben confirms that he's real, but when Rook asks Ben to change into Alien X, Ben is dodgy about it due to his past experiences with that form, further fueling Rook's disbelief.
- The Bus Came Back: The Nosedeenians, aka Megawatts, reappear for the first time since the original series.Ben: Megawatts? I haven't seen any of these guys in years.
- Dramatic Irony: The opening has younger Ben fighting Megawatts in a Mr. Smoothie, to which he questions who'd ever drink these things.
- Hoist by His Own Petard: Using Gravattack's gravity, Ben redirects the missiles from Fistrick's mech right back at him.
- Meaningful Echo: After Ben saves Rook from being blasted by one of Fistrick’s men, he simply says "You’re welcome." Then later, after Rook returns the favor by saving Ben from Fistrick, he repeats the statement.
- Not Evil, Just Misunderstood: Turns out, these Megawatts were trying to save their friends from Fistrick, and agree to help power Undertown when the conflict is over.
- Wham Shot: After following the Megawatts, who seem to want him to keep up with them, Ben sees a giant battery with even more Megawatts trapped inside. He quickly realizes what this means.Ben: The Megawatts need our help!
