The fifteenth episode of the Battle for Dream Island series, in which two contests are held: the Barf Bag Challenge and a taco contest. Blocky, Rocky, Pencil, Match and Bubble participate in the Barf Bag challenge, while Leafy, Firey, Pen, Spongy and Tennis Ball participate in the taco contest.

Tropes include:

• Borrowed Catchphrase:
  Announcer: Now it's time for the taco contest.
  Pen: ...Which is?! See, I'm filling in for Eraser.
• Bread, Eggs, Milk, Squick: When the contestants try to guess what's under the sheet:
  Leafy: Bonus points!
  Pen: A mini version of Dream Island!
  Pencil: A previously eliminated contestant!
  Blocky: A dead body!
  Firey: Hmm...a barf bag, and...a taco.
  Announcer: Hold on, Firey, you're right.
  (sheet lifts up to reveal Barf Bag and Taco)
• Cheaters Never Prosper: Pen uses the Box of Paper Slips to buy half of Leafy's taco. He only ends up receiving three likes, because the eliminated contestants can tell that he cheated.
• Supreme Chef: Spongy is a downplayed example; he makes a taco that the majority of the eliminated contestants like despite it having been made with his feet.
• Tempting Fate: During the Barf Bag Challenge:
  Pencil: OMG Bubble, is this actually vomit?!
  Announcer: No, it's colored water.
  (Rocky barfs in the water)
  Announcer: Never mind.
