It's testing day for the Bats, and Orphan is showing no mercy.
Tropes:
- Blatant Lies: Batman claims he was not scared because he knew Orphan was there. Though his demeanor backs him up, Superman can easily tell that his heart rate shot up and Orphan gives him a "failure" slip.
- Flat Scare: Orphan startles Bluebird and Spoiler into screaming and dropping their food simply by sneaking up behind them and saying (not even yelling) "boo."
- Friend to All Children: Red Hood was helping a lost kid home when Orphan startles him so badly he swears. He buys the kid chocolate so he'll never tell anyone.
- Overworked Sleep: Implied; Tim is snoozing on a paper-covered desk when Orphan comes by. Cassandra swooshes by, waking him up to see the note telling him he failed the vigilance test.
- Stealth Hi/Bye: Orphan tests the vigilance of her teammates by sneaking up on them. She even manages to pull it in Superman and Wonder Woman.
- Symbol Swearing: Jason unleashes a grawlix upon realizing that Orphan snuck up on him.
- They Wasted a Perfectly Good Sandwich: Spoiler and Bluebird (who were on a dinner date) were startled by Orphan, causing them both to lose their burgers. Spoiler remarks that she hates testing day while Bluebird yells after the retreating Orphan that she owes her a new burger.
