It's the day of Lucille's trial. Of the entire family, only Buster shows up, and even he is late after having spent the night before drinking juice at Lucille 2's.
Days before Lucille's trial, Lindsay worries her testimony won't sound credible. Tobias drags her to what he thinks is a method acting class, but it turns out to be a methadone clinic. A double date with a couple they meet there leads Lindsay to run away with Marky Bark and Tobias to do the same with DeBrie Bardeaux.
After bolting on his wedding, GOB ends up in the hospital.
The Arrested Development episode "Trial Run" provides examples of:
- Foreshadowing: The shaman's voice in Lindsay's flashback sound very much like Maeby's.
- Lampshade Hanging: The obvious use of green screen in the scene where Lucille questions Lucille 2 is lampshaded when the narrator calls Lucille "green at screening witnesses".
