“Volensholagoz’s Tavern, Grill, and Schmporp-Rehorbbler is more generally referred to as simply “The Interdimensional Tavern”. The place’s location in the Void (how it got there is a mystery) makes it a popular rest stop for dimensional travelers, although it also, somewhat inconveniently, makes the Tavern subject to attacks from Eldritch Abominations, which will usually only leave when they are given a free drink – the grifters!
The Tavern is run by a mysterious entity who seems, by any analysis, to be a golf ball, and a rather inanimate one at that. Still, though, the other employees there, who vary in species, assure us that it is the boss. Stranger things have happened."
