The short is very funny, but much of the imagery and tone is downright nightmarish, especially if you look at the events from Bimbo's perspective- with ghosts that become increasingly nightmarish in design and their intents to kill Bimbo for his various crimes.
- When Bimbo gets into the graveyard, the door locks itself and the keyhole becomes a mouth to swallow it, keeping Bimbo inside as it morphs into another part of the wall.
- When the tombstones start walking towards him, the ground generates a sharp-fanged mouth for no reason other than just to scare Bimbo.
- When Bimbo gets on a rising pole, he gets very high while commenting "Oh No" to his crimes just before a tombstone with a very menacing face elongates to his current location to say "Oh Yes" in a sinister tone.
- When Bimbo gets on a tombstone, the ground rises up in the form of the person who was buried inside before generating a mouth to yawn, with Bimbo looking freaked out.
- After the ghosts say his time has come, the walls of the cemetery gradually and very quickly move towards Bimbo before constraining him.
- When Bimbo gets inside the barn, he's assaulted by shadowy demonic hands before a stack of hay turns into a monster to attempts to stab Bimbo with the pitchfork that was on the hay beforehand while making terrible groans.
- Following this, the ghosts continue to sing while possessing a sack bag to a somewhat creepy ghost before possessing a scythe to become a scary bird creature.
- He then encounters a singing long-legged chicken whose face gradually becomes more deranged as it continues to sing.
- Additionally, subtly after the scythe moment, the background itself gets possessed as it's no longer a static painting but a moving animation as the entirety of the barn is now possessed and pulsating.
- The short long-legged oval-bodied ghosts with just eyes- at this point, compared to the previous ghosts, they look less like cartoon versions of people and more like abstract surreal shapes that don't resemble anything normal.
- The ghosts then say to Bimbo, he'll get his "face lifted" and "a permanent shave"- with the implications of being hanged and beheading very implied by their Evil Laugh.
- Bimbo then bursts out of the barn and it spits him out- which is now on a sidewalk as it begins to walk as it generates legs. Suddenly, two ghosts that look uncomfortably hyper-realistic and human-like compared to every ghost beforehand with one asks where his body will be buried while the other ghost saying that there will be no body once they're done with him. Before the barn morphs into a group of ghosts that laugh at Bimbo.
- Following behind these ghosts, are a vaguely reptilian creature and a group of short abstract figures that look nothing like the previous ghosts along with some crazed-looking octopus-like creatures.
- Bimbo is then chased by a crowd of ghosts whose length goes all the way past the horizon as they chase him right into Hell.
- It then all ends with Bimbo being eaten by a terrifying skull that looks very hyper-realistic yet exaggerated in a horrifying manner.
