As the successor to Game.bps, this game has plenty of scary moments in it.
- The hidden ending where Mario becomes the shopkeeper basically gives the plumber a Fate Worse than Death as a "reward" for killing the shopkeeper.
- In fact, many of the bad endings where Mario dies qualify.
