Laconic / Sliding Scale of Anti-Villains

A system used to classify Anti Villains and their likelihood to morph into classical Villains.

Noble Anti-Villain: A restrained villain, who has a set of standards that they would not cross. Alternatively, villainy is just a job for them.
Woobie Anti-Villain: A woobie villain, who does not want to be evil, but circumstances make them out to be. Tends to garner sympathy.
Well-Intentioned Anti-Villain: A well-intentioned villain, who may believe in good goals, but use whatever means they can to achieve them.
Villain in Name Only: A character who may not possess any villainous attributes, and under other circumstances would be considered a hero, but through circumstance finds himself opposing the protagonists. Frequently overlaps with Hero Antagonist.
