Heartwarming / Trapp Family Story

• Maria successfully cheers her fifth grade students and impressed the official inspector in Episode 2.
• In Episode 5, when little Maria heard that Maria's parents had died, she ties her blue ribbon to her teacher Maria and starts bonding with her.
• In Episode 6, Maria is glad that she found Johanna in the woods and carries her despite the hunger. Johanna thanks Maria by kissing her cheek.
• When Maria and the children start singing "Wild Rose", Hedwig decides to join at them.
• The Captain showing his daughter little Maria on how to play violin. He's so good that the rest of his children and Maria make a round of applause to him. Finally, he allows his daughter to play her mother's violin.
• In Episode 11, the children are playing in the meadows with the adults in Trapp household, including Matilda. Little Maria, in particular is very glad that her father helps her run and win the race. After that, the Captain thanks Maria for encouraging the kids in playing outside and then Franz says to the Captain that it's been a long time since they become happy.
• Maria giving the rest of her paycheck to Nonnberg Abbey, much to Matilda and Mimi's surprise.
• Episode 12. When Maria persuades Matilda to visit her ill sister and then asks if she did anything wrong since her arrival in the mansion, Matilda turns at the back, smiles and then admits to Maria that she never made any mistake.
  • The same episode has Maria and the children sharing their chocolate cake to Franz and Clarine. Then, Clarine phoned to Matilda saying that the children are alright.
• At the end of Episode 14, Rupert and Nasstasja forgive Anton from blaming Rupert in breaking the statue. Then, Maria and the von Trapp children sing their farewell song to Nastassja. After that, Rupert decided to give his wooden carving to Nastassja as a gift.
• Episode 16. Before little Maria and Johanna go to Nonnberg Abbey, Martina approaches at her two sisters and gives Nikola to them. This is the first time Martina entrusted her teddy bear to others.
  • Near the end of episode, Maria returns to the mansion to help the children sing for Matilda's birthday. The staff in Trapp household are happy to see the children sing.
• Everytime Maria and the Captain exchange a salute is sweet and amusing.
• In Episode 18, the Captain admits to Werner that he dislikes aristocracy.
• In Episode 20, the children see Maria assisting an old woman to return in the ward.
• When Maria learns from Yvonne that avoiding the children isn't a good way for them to get closer to her, Maria hugs and apologizes to little Maria.
• Maria and Hedwig walking together at the end of Episode 22.
• Episode 23:
  Georg: "In this house, the place where everyone comes together is the place where you are, Fraulein Maria."
  Maria: *blush*
  • Near the end of the episode, Matilda sees the Captain enjoying the snowball fight with his daughters and Maria.
• The von Trapp family thanks Maria for giving a wonderful Christmas in Episode 24. At the abbey during the night of Christmas Eve, Maria smiles when she remembers the family.
• Episode 28. When Agathe sees her father become disappointed for what she did at the fountain, she hides besides Maria. The Captain sees that his youngest daughter is attached to Maria which make him and Maria happy.
  • The Captain rushing to Maria's defense when Yvonne stops Maria in disciplining Agathe.
• The Captain admits to Yvonne that he has romantic feelings towards Maria. Yvonne smiles and then faints.
• In Episode 31, Georg tells Matilda that he gives up his nobility in order to marry Maria. Then, he tells his children that they should like someone based on their personality.
  • Georg waiting all night to see Maria return.
  • Sister Dolores assuring Maria that God will never abandon her after she marries the Captain.
  • Towards the end of episode, Maria decides to marry Georg and returns to his mansion. She finds out that the Captain is waiting for her all night and tells him that Mother Abbess allowed her to marry. She runs to Georg and cries onto his arms. The children, on their pajamas finds Maria hugging their father and then Maria greets them.
• In Episode 32, Mimi and Clarine hold their hands together and felt happy when they saw the Captain kissed Maria. Even the children looked happy as well.
  • At the same episode, Maria and Georg are married at Nonnberg Abbey. Despite Matilda objects at their marriage, she decides to congratulate and say goodbye to the Trapps. Maria hugs Matilda before leaving while Matilda cries at Maria's gesture.
• At the beginning of Episode 33, Maria and the Captain went on their honeymoon trip with their children.
  • The Captain finds out from Maria that Franz gave them some money to support their family. Maria tells him that Franz is his only true friend.
  • Maria tells her family to turn their mansion into a boarding house in order to get income. She also encouraged Rupert to take part-time job to continue his studies like what she did when she was a teenager.
  • This exchange between Georg and Maria as husband and wife at the same episode:
  Georg: I think you're right. I'm lucky to be bankrupt. This is the first time I've realize how good my children and Franz are!
  Maria: None of them have blamed on you, right?
  Georg: (nods) I haven't felt this close to my children before.
  Maria: Me too. I feel I'm really a part of the family.
  Georg: (holds Maria's hands) I wasn't rich before but now I truly am.
  Maria: I believe we'll never be poor.
  George: No, we'll never be poor.
  (Georg and Maria hug together)
• Since Episode 34, Matilda and Clarine are supporting the Trapp family in their concerts which implies that they're good friends now.
• Georg gives a round of applause at his family's great performance in Salzburg Festival.
• Not entirely a moment, but the children coming to call their new stepmother Maria as "mother".
• When the Captain joins singing with his family at the President's party in Episode 35. Then, he and Maria agreed that their family will sing for the sake of Austrians.
  • Near the end of the same episode, Agatha's mother thanks Maria for bringing her grandchildren.
• A small one but at the beginning of Episode 36, the advent crown is seen which was created by Maria and her new family. It was ironic considering that Maria was the one who taught some Christmas traditions in case Captain marries Yvonne.
• Episode 36 has the Trapp family looking at their pleasant memories in the family album before the start of the New Year.
• In Episode 38, the doctor tells Maria that she's pregnant which causes her and her husband to become happy. However, their happiness stops when the doctor tells them a bad news.
  • Maria reassures the Captain that she'll have the child no matter what happens.
• In Episode 39, Maria tells her children that she's pregnant in order to cheer them up.
• Franz, Rosy, Mimi and Karl helping the family to escape.
• The last scene in Episode 40.The Trapp family are enjoying their picnic together with Maria and Georg's newborn baby◊.
