• The married pair on the 4 March 2013 show who failed to win the show's biggest ever jackpot with answers that went down to 1, 1 and 2. Borders on Tear Jerker territory when Richard says, completely honestly, that from the way they conferred they've obviously got something more important than money.
• On 30 March 2022, the lead singer of British boy band The Wanted Tom Parker died after battling a brain tumour. The following Saturday, the schedule was rearranged and the episode due to be shown then was delayed and his appearance - alongside band mate and friend Max George - was shifted forward. To their fans' joy, the two won the jackpot and both donated the jackpot to brain related charities. The episode then ended with a tribute card dedicating the show to his memory.
• An episode in January 2022 featured a couple, one of whom supported the other "for quite a long time" when he was between jobs. He said that, if they won, he'd be giving her his half as a way of thanking her. They won the jackpot.
