Season 1

    Episode 1: Moon Girl Landing
  • Lunella and Devil bonding over hot dogs. In Devil's vision, Lunella turns a bright friendly green to symbolize trust.
  • Lunella remembers her grandmother's advice while preparing to take on some thugs. She and Casey take a moment to gush about how wonderful the old people in their lives are.
  • Lunella and Devil's conversation when Devil shows up to aid in the fight against Aftershock:
Lunella: You stayed? But that was your only chance to get home!
    Devil: (dinosaur growls)
    Woman: What did he say?
Lunella: He said this is his home now. And it's worth fighting for.
    Devil: (growls)
    Lunella: I'm… worth fighting for.

    Episode 2: The Borough Bully
  • Despite being enemies not too long ago, Moon Girl forgives Angelo for cyberbullying her and even helps him get signatures for his petition.

    Episode 4: Check Yourself
  • LOS-307's joy at meeting Lunella, who they consider a friend. They eventually get a job as the school's guidance counselor and is included in Lunella's family game night.

Episode 5: Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow
  • When the girl in Lunella's science class makes rude comments about Lunella's hair, Casey gets furious and yells at her (only stopping because the teacher starts class). Later, when Lunella asks her for a makeover, Casey tells her that, while she'll help her, she believes that Lunella's natural hair is beautiful and is against changing it.
  • After going bald due to her attempt to straighten her hair, Lunella has a talk with her mother and grandmother about how society looks down on their natural hair and learns to love her hair the way it is.
  • Lunella and Mane reconcile and Mane goes back to being ordinary hair.

    Episode 6: The Beyonder
  • Lunella apologizes to Eduardo for mistreating him and ignoring his ideas for their project. They work together to make a new last-minute project and though it fails, they get an Honorable Mention award which Eduardo is thrilled about.
  • The Beyonder, while a huge Troll, is genuinely impressed and appreciative of Lunella collaborating with Eduardo to create something beautiful. Heck, he even intervenes when Lunella tries cheating to force her to learn her lesson.

    Episode 7: Goodnight, Moon Girl
  • After seeing what a wreck Lunella is, Casey offers to take her back to her place, somewhere where Lunella would presumably feel more comfortable. When Lunella suggests that they just switch her brain with Devil's again so that she'll continue to be the life of the party, Casey refuses, because she loves Lunella exactly the way she is, and she's certain that everyone else will, too.
  • The volleyball team telling Lunella that she doesn't need to fit in with them to be welcomed by them. They all have different interests and personalities.

    Episode 8: Teacher’s Pet
  • Devil dislikes Angel (worried that he's being replaced), but he's still willing to go all over the city to look for the hamster once he gets out.
  • Angel and Devil reconciling and working together to save Lunella.

    Episode 9: Skip Ad…olescense
  • Lunella managing to travel back in time to prevent Skipster from being created. She's now genuinely thrilled to be doing Cleaning Day with her family.

Episode 10: Moon Girl’s Day Off
  • After Mimi finds out Lunella has been faking sick, she tells Lunella it's okay to feel tired and tell the people she loves that she needs something.
  • Casey realizing that being Moon Girl isn't as easy as Lunella makes it seem, and apologizing for accidentally making her job harder. The conversation the girls have is enough to make Abyss admit to her mother that she doesn't want to be a supervillain anymore.

Episode 11: Like Mother, Like Moon Girl
  • Adria talking about her admiration for Moon Girl in front of Lunella.
  • The neighborhood coming together to throw an unapproved block party to protest the Muzzlers' gentrification. Eventually, Borough Council President Peña sides with his community over the Muzzlers too.
    • When Moon Girl is knocked out of the air, Casey runs to make sure she's okay. Later, when she's sent flying after slamming the "Take Back the Block" sign into the Mega-Muzzler, multiple people come together to catch her.

    Episode 12: Today, I Am a Woman
  • Casey's dads talking about their wedding. It wasn't a very big affair — just an "impromptu takeover of Sheep's Meadow in Central Park" — but they were surrounded by their Family of Choice, and agree that it was all they needed. The two husbands even share a quick kiss afterwards. Even if Casey takes it the wrong way, it's very cute.
  • Even though they and Casey have a visibly tense relationship, the triplets are ultimately the ones who take down Odessa and save their cousin's social life. They also aren't too big to admit that Casey's Bat Mitzvah topped theirs.
  • Doubles as a Moment of Awesome: Moon Girl has gained enough notoriety and respect from SHIELD and other heroes that she has Captain America's number.

Episode 13: Devil On My Shoulder
  • One of the first things Devil does when shrunken to human size is hug Lunella and Casey. He's probably wanted to do that for a long time.
  • Lunella and Casey spending the entire day with Devil doing things he's never been able to do because he was too big.
  • The moment where shrunken Devil realizes he can hear Lunella's heart beat.
  • Devil's wide-eyed wonder at seeing Lunella's room for the very first time (as he's too big to see any part of the house but the lab).
  • Dr. Foster not only recognizes Moon Girl instantly, but he clearly respects her as a fellow scientist and is willing to work with her to save Devil.
  • Devil and Torg becoming friends over their shared insecurities about being so big.

     Episode 14: Coney Island, Baby!
  • Despite his enjoyment of messing with Lunella as the smug bastard he is, the Beyonder actually manages to help Lunella get past her fears and grow as a person so she can have fun with her family, despite most of his methods being Nightmare Fuel. Hell, he even goes out of his way to warn Mimi that "they" are coming for her when he could've just let her stay in the dark. Also, he apparently took Mimi on a tour.
  • Devil facing his greatest fear (jellyfish) to give Lunella back up when Beyonder appeared. Nothing keeps him away when his best friend needs him.
  • During the scene where Lunella fights the clown, Casey manages to reach the intercom and use the park's P.A. system to broadcast Lunella’s personal soundtrack, giving her the confidence to fight against the demented Monster of the Week.

     Episode 15: OMG Issue # 1
  • Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur have become so respected as heroes that SHIELD is willing to come and help them with a case. Agent Maria Hill even gives Moon Girl her contact info (although, thanks to Casey, she quickly regrets it).

     Episode 16: OMG Issue # 2
  • Lunella's reunion with Devil (who she thought was dead) and Casey.
  • Mimi's flashback to when she and Morlak were friends. They used to be so close.
  • Mimi's reveal that she's not only known about Lunella's double life the entire series, but that she's been helping to keep her secret and has been maintaining her lab without her or Devil (who lives down there) noticing.
  • The montage of Mimi's life after she left behind her work as a scientist. She met Pops, started working at the rink, had James Jr., and led a happy life with her family.
    • During the montage, as Mimi moves further away from her old life, her hair reverts away from the straightened look she would have been forced to have as a government employee towards a more natural curly state.

Season 2

    Episode 2: Suit Up!
  • The plot is kicked off when Mimi, noticing that Lunella is still not fully recovered from everything that happened to her in the portal, offers to take her out west to get out of the city and meet with some friends to upgrade her costume.

Episode 3: Belly of the Beast
  • While she was misguided about her methods, Casey's intentions in reorganizing Lunella's lab were pure. She thought if Lunella came home to a clean and organized lab, it would help her with her trauma, and that if Casey set up a place for herself in the lab, that it would show Lunella that she's there for her.

    Episode 4:Ride or Die
  • Impressed by Quickwhip's courage and willingness to change her ways, Lunella arranges for her to be released under a new rehabilitation program that enables her to get a job so that she doesn't have to keep going back to crime.

    Episode 5: Kid Kree
  • Lunella finally meets another kid who's as smart as she is.

Episode 7: Make It, Don't Break It
  • After seeing how stressed out Lunella is, Casey helps her take a skate break.
  • Dr. Oja apologizes for her treatment of Lunella, explaining that she was trying to give her the sort of education that she'd received in Wakanda out of respect for her abilities, but she concedes that such treatment doesn't necessarily produce better results.

    Episode 10: Dog Day Mid-Afternoon
  • Casey and Devil were absolutely owning the dog show, but when they see Lunella being chased by guards, they drop everything and pounce the guards.

    Episode 11: Roller Jam!
  • Pops and Vernelle repair their friendship. During the roll call, they can be seen enthusiastically cheering each other on.

    Episode 12: Dancing With Myself
  • After a disastrous date, Lunella and Marvin decide that they're Better as Friends, and thus are able to work together to stop the moths.

    Episode 13: Family Matters
  • Casey has taken up programming so that she keep up with Lunella and be more helpful to her. She's even created her own drone.
"Your love language is now my love language."
  • Lunella is delighted to discover that she's not the first superheroine to come out of the LES. While Turbo is initially frosty towards her, she warms up after realizing that Lunella is a lot like she was when she was a kid.

    Episode 14: The Molecular Level
  • Devil's family portrait - It not only includes the Lafayette family but also himself and Casey. He not only thinks of himself as part of the family but also makes sure to include Casey. Plus, the way he portrays the family in such an elegant manner shows how much love and respect he has for them.
  • In spite of everything he's done, Lunella chooses to heal Molecule Man and restore him to full power, giving him a second chance to restore his planet. In gratitude, he repairs all the damage he's done to Lunella's home, and heals Pops' broken arm. He and Lunella part on friendly terms, with Lunella giving him a hug, quite possibly the first time anyone has shown him affection in centuries.
  • Adria tells Lunella that she's not only the smartest and bravest girl she knows, but she's also proven herself to be the wisest and most compassionate. She is exactly the kind of daughter Adria always hoped for.
