• These moments are rare, and therefore, precious. One, in particular, has Binky easing Bongo's fears about The Nothing After Death.
• Akbar and Jeff responding to a homophobe that homosexuals stole the word "gay", which used to chiefly mean "happy": "That's because we are happy!"
• Any strip where Jeff and Akbar don't actively snipe at each other. One that comes to mind is when the two decide to stay in for the night and watch rented movies at home on their couch.
• Jeff: I hate you.
