• Episode 5, reuniting Kiyoto with his long-lost mother.
• In episode 22, aired in 2010 when the group was assumed to have mostly male fans, Oshima Yuko is asked to guess the top 5 most picked artists at the karaoke by high school girls. She picks AKB48, saying it was a wish she hopes will come true. Turns out it is already the case as the group comes in at fourth. Cue her and several others crying Tears of Joy.
• The reunion between Takamina and her childhood friend in episode 23, with whom she lost contact not long after she became an idol.
• In episode 509, Hama Sayuna gives away the Golden Cushion (the right to become a show regular) to Hitomi Kotone, preferring to work her way to it (Hamachan has excellent variety chops and is pretty much already a regular anyway, although without the Cushion there's always a chance that her place would be given to another).
  Muramoto: Such a wonderful bond between Team 8 members!
  Kashiwagi Yuki: And here I was trying to get them to put each other down. I feel embarrassed!
• AD Inaba makes another appearance six years after leaving the show to apologizes to Watanabe Mayu for his act in AKVegas! segment in 2011.
